One more card for a challenge to use "something wood". This one has less wood and more air and freedom. Used a wood grain stencil and embossing paste (colored by dye-inks) to create a wood texture. The butterfly was cut from a white cardstock and then colored with sprays (and I have another vellum butterfly underneath). The same sprays I used to create these blue splashes. Realized that these SSS butterflies are my fave from all I have (or seen). They' re perfect.

Showing a card I made for a new challenge in a blog I design for. The challenge was to create a CAS card using wood (anything wood-related, from a stamp design to a wood embellishment).
The card base was just craft cardstock. And then there were embossing, stamping, inking, ironing off the embossing, die-cutting, creating DIY chipboard, die-cuts inlaying. And I got the card that looks sooo woody :)
Got a lot of requests of making a tutorial on this card. Put it on my list :) Although I think it's so simple..

Another card from Watercolor OCC. Balloons, the technique Debby Hughes (aka - cardmaking godess) showed. I'm not very satisfied with the green balloon, and wish I used some grey ink for the sentiment and strings (instead of black). But overall like this card too. It's so airy.

Today I want to share a card I created for a new challenge in a blog I design for. The task is to ask some family member to pickup one PP, one stamp set and one die as the base to create a card. It's allowed to use two additional elements on a card. I asked my husband. Who wasn't very picky and took everything that was literally closer. So I ended up with Christmas stamps set (Woodland Wreaths from Wplus9), scalloped edge die and chevron PP. I was like - WHATTTT??
Ok so, after a lot of thinking and brain storming, rejecting all 'ok' ideas I came out with this card. Used pomegranate from Christmas stamps set as balloons, created several garlands with dies, added doodling (balloons threads) and the sentiment as additional elements.

Hello, everyone. Sorry for the long silence. Every day I wanted to post something, but my gloomy mood didn't let me do it. To do such a simple card (shaker only) is very indecent. The idea is simple - closet with surprise, and the curious fox 😊 wants to find out it. The background is made with watercolors. After it was finished – I misted some white mist to make “stars”. Then I die-cut the dream catcher using Wplus9 dies set from a black cardstock and adhered it to the background. The sentiment in black finished the card.

Delightful Dahlia. It IS delightful, what can I say more? It's like the best stamp set ever! I really enjoyed using it and very happy with the stamped image.
This card happened to be so white! So non-me white lol. And yellow dahlia! For you to know I hate yellow! But now I made for myself yellow-therapy. Try to use it more in order to find a peace with it. So working out my comfort zone (and it was fun I may add).
