Pentacon Six TL

Biometar 2,8/80mm

Ilford HP5 Plus 400 - self developed

Epson Perfection V 600

These had been covered by another surface which had fallen off revealing the original brickwork of the building. I liked the rich colours patterns and textures.

The fire chamber and the fill chamber will both have the same measurements to them. I'll extend the fire chamber upwards for this build.

I spent my last afternoon in Yángshuò on a cookery course at the Yangshuo Cooking School, in one of the beautiful old claybrick houses outside the town.

For each dish we chopped and mixed, watched the demonstration by Amy and then cooked it ourselves as she ran round trying to keep us all right. We then ate our own work for dinner:

Steamed mushrooms stuffed with pork and spring onion

Steamed pork and spring onion dumpling

Aubergine with ginger and garlic

Beer fish

Chicken and cashew nuts in oyster sauce

Green vegetables with garlic.
