A macaron is a sweet meringue-based confection made with eggs, icing sugar, granulated sugar, almond powder or ground almond, and food colouring. It is also called Luxemburgerli. The macarons are commonly filled with ganache, buttercream or jam filling sandwiched between two biscuits. But above all, macarons are delicious! These maracons have pistache, caramel, coconut, chocolate, lemon and raspberry flavor.

Bought for $125 off Ebay, since I needed a cheap "bar bike" I could ride places where I needed to keep it locked outside at night in NYC. Has some charm. New parts: front tire, chain, cables. Swaps from the parts box: shifter, Campy Nuovo Record cranks, MKS pedals, Nitto Noodle bars, generic Shimano brake levers.
