Experimenting with rephotographing an image of present day Ks State Capitol Building with an image overlay photograph taken of a Anti War Demonstration held at the Capitol in 1970.

Kenda has lived in the area her entire life and though she has visited Argentina, Costa Rica, Italy, Scotland, Holland, Poland, France, Germany and Spain she has never visited the Parthenon in her own back yard. I took her there and she loved it.
Yes, we have been travelling... again, this time to the famous city by the bay, San Francisco. At first, to be honest, I didn't know what quite to expect. One hears so many various and interesting stories about this city, the glorious and colourful Victorian architecture beside modern skyscrapers.... and how can one not visit without travelling on the famed cable cars. Funny, I kept thinking of that song..... the line goes something like.... the cable cars, that travel halfway to the stars. The singer's name escapes me at the moment... Yes the hills are steep .... not a place for anything but good lace up runners in my mind.
It's not like any other city that I have visited... so far. The people, city scapes, the bay, the cable cars, the architecture, the various multicultural neighbourhoods, fisherman's wharf, Golden Gate bridge - just too many to take in and visit in one visit - a city one has to return to.

Bunratty Castle (Irish: Caisleán Bhun Raithe, meaning Castle at the Mouth of the Ratty) is a large tower house in County Clare, Ireland. It lies in the centre of Bunratty village (Irish: Bun Ráite), by the N18 road between Limerick and Ennis, near Shannon Town and its airport. The name Bunratty, Bun Raite (or possibly, Bun na Raite) in Irish, means the 'bottom' or end of the 'Ratty' river. This river, alongside the castle, flows into the nearby Shannon estuary. From the top of the castle, one can look over to the estuary and the airport.
The castle and the adjoining folk park are run by Shannon Heritage.

The Palace (Hall) of Art adjacent to Heroes' Square. The Hall of Art or Palace of Art (Műcsarnok in Hungarian) is an art museum in Budapest, located in Heroes' Square, facing the Museum of Fine Arts.
It was built in 1895, by the plans of Albert Schickedanz and Fülöp Herczog, in eclectic-neoclassical style. As the greatest exhibition hall in Hungary, it exhibits representative works of art of Hungarian as well as other artists and it regularly organizes themed exhibitions.

The main Foreign Office building in King Charles Street was built by George Gilbert Scott in partnership with Matthew Digby Wyatt. George Gilbert Scott was responsible for the overall classical design of these offices, but Matthew Digby Wyatt, the India Office’s Surveyor, designed and built the interior of the India Office. It was built with rich decoration to impress foreign visitors.
Hugo Scherer was an executive at the Detroit Engine Works Company in the early 1900s. This building is another of Woodlawn's temple-style memorials. The architect was George D. Mason.
