Taylor Kitsch (ummmn guys named Taylor are SOOOO Cute) (John Carter) He really is Strong, Like the hair too.
Something I've wanted to do for a while. Really happy with how everyone came out.
Left to Right
Alternate universe Thor: Just kind of a stand in since I wanted an extra Thor.
Infinity War Thor: Found out that balloon boy hair works great for infinity war Thor. His new hammer is half a cut up and sanded mjolnir, and half ax with green stuff. Base is one of those vine pieces.
Classic Thor: I think I've shown him off before, but I've upgraded him since then. I updated his helmet so there's actual hair underneath, and I added the E-tape on the hip piece.
Road-worn Thor: Easily my favorite look for Thor in the MCU. Pretty sure I've posted him before but never really showed him off.
Ultimate Thor: Think I just swapped the arms for ones with printing. That's about it
So, this is my first set of figures where I have not given a f**k about making it by release, and in case you missed the video I posted on YouTube, this is going to be how I do things now. Anyway, there were definitely a couple of challenges with this set, but the biggest one was time consumption. Gladiator Hulk took so much work. That was definitely my biggest takeaway here: big-figs with detail take forever.
Alright, here we go:
Thor:
●Heavily modified/painted sleepy hairpiece.
●Sword blades were made from old credit cards.
●Torn cape goes over the torso post (obviously) but rests in between the torso & belt piece.
●I do have the helmet painted up for him, but that’ll be in the showcase video.
Gladiator Hulk:
●AH MY GOD THIS BIG-FIG TOOK SOOOOOO LONG TO MAKE.
●Everything on this big-fig was fully repainted except for his eyes and mouth.
●Various 3D elements: straps, straps, and more straps.
●Sculpted waist armor cape/armor thing.
●Heavily modified/painted LEGO war hammer.
●Custom battle axe made from a bar piece, connector, and a couple pieces of styrene.
Loki:
●Seriously modified helmet w/ sections of a Wonder Woman hairpiece glued in. Had to carefully cut out the top and back of the helmet, and I actually had to wreck two Wonder Woman hairpieces. One for the top, and one for the lower half. Honestly didn’t expect this mod to work lol.
●Face is from LEGO. Surprisingly good likeness to Tom Hiddleston.
●Modified/painted BrickForge Dress Daggers.
Valkyrie:
●Face is from a LSW Freemaker Adventures character (I forget which).
●Modified BrickForge Gladius sword, and for some reason it took me 4 tries to paint properly.
Hela:
●Pretty straight forward figure, cut out the upper half of the front of LEGO’s helmet, and a fully painted face to match the likeness of Cate Blanchett. Had a great time painting this one though. Loved the costume, just wish they would have developed her character more. Hela was too black and white for me. This isn’t relevant.
Alright, there ya go! That’s it! I’m done! Justice League is next! (probably)
Thanks guys.

Parts of Brisbane's CBD being used as a film set for Thor: Ragnarok, starring Chris Hemsworth and Tom Hiddleston.
Processed with VSCO with c3 preset.
"I told you, it's the best scene in the whole thing, where I beat the crap out of that Golden Boy, Heimdall, with his own sword."
"Loki, that never happened in the movie."
"Thank you, brother, for your kind gift. I am not convinced, however, that it is the eye patch for the mighty Thor."
"Oh, come now, Thor, it suits you beautifully."
"I just got back from Jotunheim, brother, and brought you this treasured family heirloom from Laufey's palace. I thought you might like to have it." *snickers*
"It's a piece of ice, Thor. And you wonder why I am always stabbing you?"
My third Egg Attack figure. They keep getting better! This one has a cloth cape and pleather pants. He's got a second head with the light up eyes. Super cool.
"It's a microwave cozy, Thor. It's a cover. For your microwave. I made it just for you. It'll make your kitchen look more...ME."
This is a shot taken at Byron Bay. If you're familiar with Byron, you're in good company. The Hemsworth's have property here and with a little luck you might run into Matt Damon at the local supermarket. Byron is as close to paradise on earth as you can probably get. It's only an hour's drive up to the Gold Coast, weather is always temperate and lots of sun. The beaches are world class.
I got down on my stomach, ended up with a ton of sand all over me and had to pay for parking. I think it was worth it.

"You change me back right now, Loki, or so help me I will punch you with my tiny fist! I cannot go to Stark's costume party looking like this! It is absolutely frightful, for Odin's sake!"
"Oh, come now, Thor, it's perfect. You'll be the hit at the party. You may even win the costume contest. *And the heart of every man there.*"
"What was that last part, Loki? I couldn't quite hear you."
"Oh, nothing..."
