Esta receta de croquetas de choco y gambas con alioli es un aperitivo o primer plato excelente, acompañado de una fina espuma de alioli y una mezcla de delicadas lechugas. De cara a las comidas y cenas de Navidad se convierte en un delicioso entrante que se hace en muy poco tiempo.
Ben and Jerry's was giving out free ice-cream cones today and I must admit they were amazing. As my friends and I were savoring the delicious ice-creams I noticed this cute lil girl who was having a great time with her choco-chip brownie ice-cream.
I tried taking a candid picture after asking her father, but the moment she realized that she was being focused, she tried to give her best pose and a small dance =)
PS: The choco-chip brownie was delicious and so were the other 2 I tried ;)

crushed left over cerials already have mixed with beautiful saltana, cranberries and some other dry fruits.

super easy! i used cooking chocolate to make it solid and drop as choco chunk.

Cake 1: Tasty spongecake with candied ginger and chocolate-almond mousse.
Cake 2: Soft fruity cake with few layers egg-white spongecake and strawberry cream.
All covered with rich chocolate frosting.
I love these biscuits, either covered in chocolate as here, or the plain Butterkeks that lie underneath. Mmm.
