I have taken this shot while my trip to Lansdowne, India. These are Nepali Kids lived over there. I have seen the Kids, when they were fighting for some thing but when i asked them for a shot, a natural smile comes to their faces. Just see how much happy they are, no one can believe that they were fighting just a few sec before the snap.

Children's Day is celebrated in India on the 14th of November, the birthday of India's first Prime Minister, Jawaharlal Nehru, as a tribute to his love of children. He liked roses and children. He was very fond of children and he used to do anything for children.
Today is the United Nations' Universal Children's Day, which was established in 1954.
(Most countries have their own Children's Day too, on other dates..)

Maldives Children's Day - My 10th is a national, non-commercial day to celebrate how special and important our children are.
We hope you did something special with children on that day. The most important gift an adult can give to a child is ‘giving time'.

Nel paese che – secondo l’Unicef – detiene il più alto tasso al mondo di mortalità infantile e materna, esiste un ospedale universitario pediatrico nato ad Hargeisa, capitale del Somaliland, regione autonoma della Somalia, dal sogno del dottor Mohamed Aden Sheikh e dalla sua speranza che la pacificazione del Paese partisse dalla salute di tutti i bambini, senza distinzione di clan.
Scrittore, politico e chirurgo somalo, laureato in medicina a Roma e specializzato a Bologna, ministro della Salute in Somalia negli anni ’70, fu oppositore di Siad Barre, incarcerato per 6 anni e dichiarato prigioniero dell’anno da Amnesty International. Rientrato in Italia è stato consigliere comunale a Torino dal 1998 al 2003. E lì decise di coinvolgere professionisti, imprenditori e rappresentanti della società civile, per portare a termine il progetto dell’ospedale.
Il primo maggio del 2012 l’ospedale diventa operativo: dall'Italia arrivano anche 22 dottori e 24 infermiere, e nei primi 12 mesi la struttura cura con successo oltre 15.000 bambini, diventando un centro d’eccellenza per la cura dei più piccoli. La direzione generale della cooperazione allo sviluppo ha co-finanziato il progetto con un contributo di 500.000 euro.
Una convenzione tra il ministero della Sanità, la facoltà di medicina del Somaliland e l’università di Torino definisce i modi e i tempi dell’insegnamento in ospedale dei giovani laureandi somali da parte dei medici e degli infermieri italiani.
Oggi lo staff supera le 50 unità compreso lo staff sanitario locale di 4 medici, 14 infermieri, 2 tecnici di laboratorio e 1 farmacista e il personale italiano è sempre presente a rotazione. Il numero di piccoli pazienti che giornalmente sono accolti nella struttura è compresa tra 50 e 70, alcuni arrivano da molto lontano, da piccoli villaggi o dai campi profughi.
