Learning goes beyond the classroom. It’s about shaping minds, fostering curiosity and building the confidence to succeed in any challenge. Kumon nurtures growth and guides every child to reach their full potential.
Learning the shape bias can result in an increase in the vocabularies of infants and children. Infants or children who have learned the shape bias tend to learn words at a faster rate than infants and children who have not learned the shape bias.
The Kumon Method promotes the natural ability of students to self-learn. They learn from examples and try to solve problems based on their understanding of those examples, with the guidance from their Kumon instructors. They try and try again until they get it. In this process, they develop a mindset that no problem is too difficult to attempt.
