I saw this little dog in a pet shop, he belonged to the owner.
He was so sweet and every time when i took my camera he was standing up like this and stayed like that for minutes.

... ha il muso in ombra. Entra nella stazione di Sannazzaro de'Burgondi il merci di cisterne diretto alla locale raffineria con un bel po' di ritardo, così che purtroppo il muso della bella D753 si trova ad essere in ombra.

Chicago skyline as seen from east of the city in Miller Beach, a quaint beach town north of Gary, IN. There had been a hazy, brownish air quality much of this week due to the North winds sweeping down smoke from the Canadian wildfires, so it wasn't quite as clear as I had hoped. (toning embellished a bit by the author of said photo :)
Tai Chi, as it is practiced in the west today, can perhaps best be thought of as a moving form of yoga and meditation combined. There are a number of so- called forms (sometimes also called 'sets') which consist of a sequence of movements. Many of these movements are originally derived from the martial arts (and perhaps even more ancestrally than that, from the natural movements of animals and birds) although the way they are performed in Tai Chi is slowly, softly and gracefully with smooth and even transitions between them.
