INGREDIENTS:
Crust
1 box Betty Crocker® SuperMoist® yellow cake mix
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
Filling
2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
3 containers (3.5 oz each) lemon pudding (from 4-pack container)
1/2 cup sour cream
3 eggs
2 cups frozen (thawed) whipped topping
DIRECTIONS:
1. Heat oven to 300°F. Spray bottom and side of 10-inch springform pan with baking spray with flour. Wrap foil around outside of pan to catch drips. Reserve 1/4 cup of the cake mix; set aside. In large bowl, beat remaining cake mix, butter and lemon peel with electric mixer on low speed until crumbly. Press in bottom and 1 1/2 inches up side of pan.
2. In same large bowl, beat reserved cake mix, the cream cheese, sugar, pudding and sour cream on medium speed until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs, one at a time, until mixed. Pour over crust.
3. Bake 1 hour 20 minutes to 1 hour 35 minutes or until edges are set but center of cheesecake jiggles slightly when moved. Turn oven off; open oven door at least 4 inches. Leave cheesecake in oven 30 minutes longer.
4. Remove cheesecake from oven; place on cooling rack. Without releasing side of pan, run knife around edge of pan to loosen cheesecake. Cool in pan on cooling rack 30 minutes. Cover loosely; refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Remove side of pan before serving. Pipe or spoon whipped topping around outside edge of cheesecake. Store in refrigerator.
High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Heat oven to 325°F.

The very activity of taking pictures is soothing and assuages general feelings of disorientation that are likely to be exacerbated by travel :-)

of course, cheesecake for dessert, can be quite soothing as well ;-)

I don't have many bad habits - I don't smoke or drink alcohol. However I do eat far too many sweet things and desserts are irresistible.

A slice of cheesecake with salted caramel sauce drizzled over the top. It's not on my diet, but I didn't care. Sometimes you just have to splurge.
This picture is the photograph that woke up my passion for photogaphy. I was invited to a conference in Tagaytay City in the Philippines to talk about having a website for small businesses. This conference was held in the restaurant; Bag of Beans. The owner wanted to have a website and I could start immediately with a photoshoot of her delicacies. One of which is the Strawberry Cheesecake. In this afternoon the sun came through the old stained glass windows of the restaurant and gave this remarkeble light that gave the unique clearness and sharpness to the photo. I was so inspired and have never stop doing photography.

Thank you all for coming by.
Here is a cheesecake/vanilla pudding cherry, pie that Violet helped me make.
It is delicious.
She also topped it with cherry pie filling.
If you want the recipe I will send it to you.
It has a really crunchy graham cracker crust.
Tried some more food shots . It's a cheesecake with some fresh raspberries from my Garden and some flowers as the decoration . My number one favorite cake is cheesecake , tied with Chocolate Cherry Pyramid cake that my Grandma makes. I've been asking her to make it ,but she's been to busy .And i can't make it because it's too complicated for me and it would take me days probably .
I love cheesecake in general and this one in particular. The Friday dessert in the restaurant Le Délice in Lausanne, which closed last Saturday, sadly.
There will be no more cheesecake from Sandy because he just retired. It's homemade by his wife, Doris. It's probably richer than you could imagine, and delicious, too.
Hello flickr friends. I decided to share a cheesecake treat that I made for our Christmas potluck at work last night... it is so good, and so easy to make. (and) I don't even like cheesecake. But I love these... and you can plan on them disappearing fast. So make at least two batches.
Ingredients are:
Nilla Wafers(cookie)
2 packages(8oz) of Cream Cheese
1/2 cup of Sugar
1 Tsp Vanilla
2 Eggs
Fruit Pie Filling(cherry, blueberry, etc.)
Mix cheese(softened) and sugar on medium until well blended... then add eggs and vanilla.
Place one "Nilla Wafer" cookie in the bottom of each cupcake foil. Then fill 3/4 of the cup with mixture.
Bake for 25 minutes at 325 degrees.
Once the tarts are completely cooled(chilled). Top with your favorite fruit pie filling. Cherry and blueberry work very well.
