Made the Cheeseboard Pizza recipe for the first time last night. Couldn't get it as thin as I would have liked, and I had a really hard time rolling/stretching it out.
On a wooden cheeseboard rest dozens of tiny, thin slices of yellow haloumi cheese, with a toothpick rising from each one.
