The second annual Kaaboo music festival at Del Mar Fairgrounds and Race Track in San Diego, California went down September 16-18, 2016. Headliners include Jack Johnson, Aerosmith, The Chainsmokers, Hall and Oats, Jimmy Buffett and plenty of other musicians, artists, chefs, and comedians. Cheech and Chong playing live.

Seriously, this guy looked like the son of Cheech and Chong. At the Beaches Jazz Festival, he would sneak under the fence into the "beer tent" section. Didn't see him drink, though. I don't think he really needed any outside enhancements.
