The Moca Contemporaries got a personal and in-depth tour of the Cheech Marin Exhibit at LACMA on October 26th, 2008. Mr. Marin shared his knowledge of Art History for each piece and the connections with Chicano Art in Los Angeles. We also heard anecdotes and learned about the relationships he has with each artist. The connections and relevance of this art scene in LA is important and we were lucky to get such a close look.

Frank "Cheech" Tomaselli. 90 yr. old veteran of WWII. Frank was at Pearl Harbor on 12/7/41. He is also a retired Postmaster. I became aquainted with Frank and his wife Esther through my wife who was Esthers' care giver for a time. My wife is no longer a care giver but we are still friends with Frank and Esther.

NOTE: You can see the address number in the photo. I would have thought that Cheech's address number would be 420.
