While walking through the streets in Chicago looking through the windows I stumbled upon Optimo Hats. I had to go inside since I noticed wonderful light filling the store. I spoke to Nikki and asked to take her photo. I explained how much I enjoy meeting people and taking their photos. Nikki said that she is the same way. She lives in the suburbs and said that working at the store two days a week lets her meet and talk to people the same way I do. What a pleasure!
Shoe Hospital located on 841 W Diversey has been providing Chicago with leather goods and shoe repair for over 50 years. I ended up going inside the shop and was even allowed to shoot behind the counter. The picture shown is of two brothers that work in the shop.
this couples car needed a jump. me without a car could not help them out but really wanted their picture earlier in the day when i saw them. after walking around for a bit they spotted me and pulled over. i managed to get a shot
