Made for a very accident prone guy who really really wants a chainsaw. Probably NOT a good idea.

Credit for the one I saw goes to Creative Cakes Cirencester.

I shortened the blade considerably for transportation purposes.

Was in Lakeside, Oregon over the weekend and ended up at a chainsaw carving competition. This was my favorite! YES, it was this bright.

The results of an old Beech on the Back Walk that was sculpted by a chainsaw carver

After those wind storms they had to cut down some tree's for safety.

It's like a Sonic Screwdriver, but for things where you want to make a guitar sound like a chainsaw.

I've got work to do for customers before I can try this, as well as an R&D build for the business that I have to get done, but this PCB came recently and I wanted to make sure it fit OK in one of the standard enclosures I use.

Looks like it should fit fine. I mean, it measured right, but I never feel completely comfortable until stuff is physically being compared. I'm always afraid I might have made some mistake somewhere.

This is a clone of Wampler's, "Triple Wreck" pedal. I've never owned a high-gain anything before. I've considered building a Soldano clone, but it hasn't happened. Anyway, I thought this pedal might be a fun way to try out some high-gain sounds. Complicated build. And I'm sure if the lead dress isn't all perfect it will try to be a radio receiver. But it still might be fun.

Lollipop Chainsaw is the 'un-deadly' story of sweet and killer zombie hunter Juliet Starling and her quest to uncover the root of a colossal zombie outbreak. With her wickedly awesome chainsaw in hand, Juliet slices, dices and splits her way through hordes of the undead, but soon realizes the horde is only the opening act to a festival of zombie rock lords determined to kill the chainsaw wielding cheerleader.

My favorit from the chainsaw art competition in Horsens.

Totally awesome "Lollipop Chainsaw" costume I got to shoot before the crew went out for Halloween, in Ottawa

I won one of the raffles at our Christmas lunch at work on Friday. Yup, won a chainsaw. Do I need a chainsaw? Probably not, but....

Good opportunity for a goofy pre-Christmas pic in the yard. The "stick" to my left is our Red Maple, growing well - it was originally planted by a bird, or squirrel in a pot next to the feeder, 3-4 years ago. About 10 ft / 3m tall.

And yes, shorts - it was 65°F / 18°C here in North Carolina.
