I made this card for this month's challenge. I chose to go with the friendship theme and the kissing technique.

I first stamped the leaves on the Friend Definition stamp, lay my paper on it to get the leaf shaped text. Ink up the leaves again, stamped off the first impression on a scratch paper then stamped the second impression over the leaf shaped text to get a little more definition. Hope I am making sense here... =)

6 miles or so and lots of horrible engine/gearbox noises

So glad that I get to make a card for this card drive!! I based my card on the sketch. The text background and the green swirl pieces were from my stash. I only added the three ferns and the sentiment to finish the look. I also used a Spellbinders die to cut the green alcohol inked piece.

I just relized that this card is good for many categories! LOL! Dose the three ferns stamp count as "3 of a kind" ??? =)

Thanks for hosting this super fun event, Hero Arts! I am so glad to be able to give back a little. =)

I have been soooo inspired by Carole's cards and decided to play with my doily stamp based on this beautiful card!!!
