Edited using the Hasselblad "Camera Profile" available within Lightroom.

Adapting the Voigtlander 90mm f2 APO-Ultron on to a Hasselblad 907x CFV 100C.
Taking the crop factor of 0.79 of the Hasselblad into consideration, the CV 90mm f2 would have a 71mm f1.58 (35mm equivalence).
This image was made with the Nikkor M 200mm f/8. It is a 3 image stitch with the digital back in vertical orientation– 20mm+ camera fall and LR 15mm.
The lens was recommended by two different photographers as a great telephoto option for the technical camera. They are right.
My first tests were worrying because there was a lot of flare. It is my belief that lenses with very large image circles have a tendency to flair on a tech camera because the tech cam manufacturers like Cambo and Arca do not make the interior of their lens mounts free from reflections. Why? I have my suspicions, but I'll leave that for a different platform.
Anyway, here is what I think is happening. When a lens with a large image circle is mounted to a reflective tube the light bounces around all over the place and creates a lot of flair.
The good news is that it is simple to fix. All I had to to is roll up a piece of flocking material and insert it into the tube. To fix it permanently, I may adhere the flocking material to the inside of the tube, but I want to be sure that is the best solution before taking that step.
