will it explode when the first black holes are produced by the LHC ?

who knows...

actually, it likely won't since it is unlikely there will be any black holes.

simply, it would take 100 years for the LHC to produce as many particles above 10^14eV as have been hitting the earth since 5 billion years. nothing happened in 5 billion years...
