CC: texture

I loved how the light did different things on different layers of this field.

My sun shot for the Superhero Photo Challenge. Also my first attempt at using a texture (thanks to star5112 for the CC texture).

A teaching lesson:

1. Start with a basic picture, personally taken or found (CC)

2. Look to the experts or masters for inspiration and insight

3. Research, explore, and select CC texture. Practice the concept of layering / texturing. Play and experiment.

A pub, or public house, is a house licensed to sell alcohol to the general public. It is a drinking establishment in Britain, Ireland, New Zealand, Canada, and Australia. In many places, especially in villages, a pub is the focal point of the community. Samuel Pepys described the pub as the heart of England. -Wikipedia (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pub)

Not sure if it's derivative, cloying or just plain emptiness. #igerseastbay #instagramhub #unitedbyedit @unitedbyedit #streetportrait #iphonestreetportrait #mobileart #streetphotography #iphonestreetphotography #statigram #wearejuxt

strider1: Nice texture work

nw98110: @strider1 - Go back and tag your parrot pic with the @ and the # in my first comment entry! The challenge is "texture"

the_mighty: Maybe a little hot wax??

nw98110: @the_mighty - you're good...

the_mighty: LOL. I recognize it because I like to use it to add definition to a lot of my pictures. That and the light bloom.
