I Walk by this tree on my evening dog walk. I've been working on different camera settings for at least a couple of years now. The tree appears a little different every night, depending on camera and lens settings, the angle of the light and time of year!

Some plants look as though it's autumn already. This abstract effect was created from 2 photos, both taken to obtain a diagonal line across them: looking up at branches of a small cherry tree, with a close up of honeysuckle berries. I converted the tree photo to b&w, then added a zoom blur for more texture. I superimposed the berries & blended the photos, adjusting light & colour saturation a little.

Compositionally Challenged, Week 8, "Light Shines Through."

La CC72084 circule ces temps-ci sur le réseau avec sa voiture AEF + un wagon plat sur lequel est surmonté une structure équipée d'un appareil lasergrammétrie. On la vois ici dans le Lauragais peu après Castelnaudary sur la marche 819390 entre Nîmes et St-Jory-Triage.
