BMW OEM E60 LCI Tail Lights
This customer had a few issues with the car’s exhaust, someone preciously had emptied the cats out and due to rust was in overall poor condition, especially the internals. He loved the car but hated the dull quietish sound, he didn’t was a 24 hours a day booming boy racer sound. We suggested building him a full cat back exhaust with new catalytic converters, Louter valves were installed so he can have a nicer burble during idle and day to day driving but full performance and sound on acceleration all controlled by a simple remote fob.
This Audi A3 owner loves his car but not the sound, so we built him a complete mandrel bent cat back exhaust system with Louter valve so he had best of both world, sensible sound when valve is closed and pops and bangs with the valve open. He was super happy with the results.
All exhausts are not the same, and a lot of our work is rebuilding exhausts again where customers have gone to cheaper companies only to regret their decision afterwards.

This customer was not happy with the performance and felt the original OEM exhaust was too restrictive and wanted to release some more horses. His biggest concern was that he had heard many ST exhaust sounds, and the last thing he wanted was an embarrassing boy racer sound. We suggested a full mandrel bent exhaust with Profusion 304-grade straight-through mufflers; Profusion mufflers are built to keep the sound under control whilst delivering maximum performance. A beautiful 2015BMW 428i M Sport . The exhaust on this car had almost come to the end of its life. And the customer not only wanted an exhaust to last a lifetime but the performance had to be improved. The most important thing was the sound. As much as he wanted a loud exhaust, it was essential to have it quiet when it suited him. As his original exhaust was one sided, he replaced the diffuser to upgrade to a dual exhaust.
We built him a Turbo back exhaust system with a high flow catalytic converter. Straight through silencers which delivered a deep tone. A Louter valve was installed and branched off to a dual exhaust to finish the look. We were given an excellent review for our hard work.

This customer Has a fantastic looking car, but the sound was letting him down. He wanted to improve the sound so he can enjoy the car and the 5.7-litre engine but didn’t wish to have loud Drone. Upon a visual inspection, it was apparent why the previous exhaust was poorly built. We rebuilt the entire exhaust from downpipes back and installed two catalytic converters. The new Y-Pipe transition allowed gases to merge without restriction. The overall result was a massive difference in the vehicle’s performance and power increase. The customer was delighted with the work and one thing for sure he won’t have an exhaust issue again.

We built him a perfect stainless steel manifold back exhaust, as we have around 140 different mufflers, we were able to keep the sound low while increasing the performance. He was overwhelmed and extremely happy with the results. Mitsubishi 3000GT 4WD 1998. The exhaust was completely rusted and falling off, the car was in excellent condition, one thing was the customer didn’t want it too loud and did a lot of research and decided to come to us instead of a budget company.
We built him a downpipes back exhaust complete with new stainless steel flexible pipe, a sports cat and replaced the entire exhaust with a 304 grade stainless steel one. due to the quality of our silencers we were able to control the sound.

This customer purchased a well known ready to bolt-on cat-back exhaust from eBay six months ago. He was up in arms as the internal baffles and packaging had broken down, and the sound was terrible. He asked us to remove it entirely and build him a new cat back exhaust complete with two new flex pipes. This customer uses this vehicle for his landscaping business but felt that his car was drinking more fuel than necessary and lacked power. Upon a visual inspection, it was apparent why the previous exhaust was poorly built. We rebuilt the entire exhaust from downpipes back and installed two catalytic converters. The new Y-Pipe transition allowed gases to merge without restriction. The overall result was a massive difference in the vehicle’s performance and power increase. The customer was delighted with the work and one thing for sure he won’t have an exhaust issue again.

This customer Had a standard exhaust but a 5 litre engine that he couldnt enjoy and missing a nicer deeper tone. He wanted to make sure he had a sportier sound during everyday driving but wanted to hear it loud when accelerating. We suggested a system using the Louter exhaust valves which would give him the best of both worlds, almost like having a volume control. He was ecstatic on hearing his new dual quad system and couldn’t have thanked us enough.
This customer Has a fantastic looking car, but the sound was letting him down. He wanted to improve the sound so he can enjoy the car and the 5.7-litre engine but didn’t wish to have loud Drone. We built him an excellent exhaust system with an X-pipe using our Profusion Mufflers which are designed for high power engines and deliver that deep sound with an increase in performance.
Mitsubishi 3000GT 4WD 1998. The exhaust was completely rusted and falling off, the car was in excellent condition, one thing was the customer didn’t want it too loud and did a lot of research and decided to come to us instead of a budget company.
We built him a downpipes back exhaust complete with new stainless steel flexible pipe, a sports cat and replaced the entire exhaust with a 304 grade stainless steel one. due to the quality of our silencers we were able to control the sound.

This Audi A3 owner loves his car but not the sound, so we built him a complete mandrel bent cat back exhaust system with Louter valve so he had best of both world, sensible sound when valve is closed and pops and bangs with the valve open. He was super happy with the results.
