An old Case tractor located at the Iron Creek Museum, in Lougheed, Alberta. It even has the crank to start the engine. Couldn't image having to do that.
My attendance at Provo High School was at times compromised due to the close proximity of the Rio Grande, Utah Railway, and Union Pacific rail yards. Case it point: Utah Railway's Martin Turn departing Provo the afternoon of July 29, 1977. The temptation to take flight from campus was real and ever-present, magnified all the more when I earned my driver's license.

El Casal Camprodoní va néixer el 1892, a l’època de la Revolució Industrial, com un espai de trobada de la burgesia de Barcelona que anava a Camprodon a passar els caps de setmana i les vacances. Es va crear amb el nom de Casal Camprodoní.
Quan els propietaris van cedir l’edifici a la ciutat, es va convertir en un centre d’activitats culturals: grups de teatre, corals, equips de futbol, etc. En l’actualitat encara es fan diverses activitats culturals com la projecció de pel.lícules i representació d’obres de teatre.
A l’actualitat és la cafeteria més activa i l’únic cinema actiu tots els dissabtes I diumenges.
ENGLISH
Camprodonian House was born in 1892, at the time of the Industrial Revolution, as a meeting place for the bourgeoisie of Barcelona who went to Camprodon to spend weekends and holidays. It was created under the name Casal Camprodoní.
When the owners ceded the building to the city, it became a center of cultural activities: theater groups, choirs, football teams, etc. Various cultural activities are still held today, such as cinema ilm screenings and plays.
It is currently the busiest café and that there is only cinema in Camprodon and is open every Saturday and Sunday.

El Casal de Camprodon nació el año 1892, en la época de la Revolución Industrial, como un espacio de encuentro de la burguesía de Barcelona que iba a Camprodon a pasar los fines de semana y las vacaciones. Se creó con el nombre de Casal Camprodoní.
Cuando los propietarios cedieron el edificio a la ciudad, se convirtió en un centro de actividades culturales: grupos de teatro, corales, equipos de fútbol, etc. En la actualidad todavía se realizan diversas actividades culturales como el cinema y teatro.
En la actualidad es la cafetería más activa de Camprodon. Camprodon tiene sólo un cine y es el del Casal Camprodoní que está activo todos los sábados y domingos del año.

Wonderful to watch Case Maclaim (aka German artist Andreas Chrzanowski) putting the final touches to his amazing piece this evening for Nuart Aberdeen. He uses the medium of spray paint to “embrace the power of movement through the universality of hands. Having travelled to over 20 countries, Case has literally left his fingerprints in each, continually leaving bits and pieces of a language understood by all - after all a hand gesture can tell a thousand words.”
On the west side of the village Vleuten is the ancient Ham-tower on an island in a canal. This seven-story donjon is the remnant of a water castle, knight-hof city of Ham. For the first time in a document from 1325 mentioned castle was initially built as a residential tower. It is suspected that it was built around 1260 which was strategically chosen for an inlet of the old Rhine river as it became more defensible. The castle was able to exercise the owner power of the surroundings. Several cases were Den Ham deployment of battle. In 1481 it was partially destroyed, then it was expanded to include a second tower. In 1536 the States of Utrecht recognized the castle as knight-hof city, the residents were then admitted to the Knighthood. In 1642 the gatehouse was rebuilt giving access to Den Ham. In 1857 the castle was owned by Willem Jan Royaards. One of the current owners is a descendant of him.
Around 1872 the castle wrong in dilapidated condition and was, at the western keep and part of the east wing after aborted. Between 1962 and 1975 the tower was restored. Today the tower is private property. The moated tower has five feet thick brick walls about 27 meters high. On top is applied include a bypass and the total height is approximately 35 meters. Inside, it has six floors and a basement with medieval girders are preserved.
