La parrocchiale di Nostra Signora di Norimberga più comunemente conosciuta come Frauenkirche (in italiano: chiesa di Nostra Signora), è uno dei principali luoghi di culto della città bavarese. Sorge sul lato orientale della centrale piazza del Mercato.
La sua importanza si deve sia al carattere storico-architettonico sia al fatto che è la principale chiesa cattolica della città,
L'orologio-carillon detto Männleinlaufen si trova sul frontone della facciata della chiesa. È un orologio-carillon animato da automi meccanici in rame rappresentanti 2 turchi, 6 araldi e 7 Principi elettori che sfilano davanti all'imperatore. . La scena evoca l'emanazione della Bolla d'oro avvenuta nel 1356 da parte dell'imperatore Carlo IV, che decretava che l'Imperatore neoeletto doveva indire la prima riunione del governo a Norimberga.
A mezzogiorno in punto, al suonare delle campane cittadine, si anima la scena: in alto, in cima al frontone, due turchi battono sulla campana; in seguito nel centro del timpano due araldi iniziano ad alzare le trombe; altri due suonano, un tamburo e un piffero, poi in una finestra un araldo aprendo e chiudendo la bocca, suona un campanello, e un altro mostra la Charta. In seguito, da una porticina escono gli elettori che sfilano per tre volte davanti all'imperatore mostrante le Regalia Imperiali.

Reloj carillón que se ubica en la Plaza Mayor, frente al edificio del Ayuntamiento, haciendo esquina con la Calle Maria Cristina, en concreto en Casa del Arco, edificio expropiado por los Reyes Católicos al rabino Alvar Díaz en 1484.
Este edificio albergó la casa consistorial hasta 1865 y debe su nombre a la remodelación que llevó a cabo en 1619 el Corregidor de Ciudad Real Francisco Fernández ya que le dotó de un potente arco de piedra.
Después de la destrucción del edificio por el terremoto de Lisboa de 1755, el arco de piedra se sustituyó por un arco de ladrillo.
Con una planta del siglo XV y una fachada del siglo XVIII, es el edificio gubernativo más antiguo de Ciudad Real.
Fue inaugurado en el 2005 por los Príncipes de Asturias para conmemorar el 750 aniversario de la fundación de Ciudad Real por Alfonso X el Sabio.
El reloj carrillón lo compone el trío más famoso de la Mancha: Don Quijote, Sancho y su creador, Cervantes.

Le mécanisme sonore et lumineux, équipé par le Campaniste Laumaillé à Tarbes, est opérationnel depuis juin 2013. Il peut jouer de nombreuses mélodies (une centaine), et de nuit, les marteaux peuvent être bloqués pour ne pas gêner le voisinage et les notes sont alors indiquées silencieusement par les spots lumineux placés dans les cloches.
En dessous, deux airains (cloches) inscrits aux titres des Monuments Historiques de 500 kg et 300 kg, enfouis sous 1,50 m de terre ont été mis à jour lors de travaux de construction (probablement cachés puis oubliés).
Ayant longuement séjournés dans la terre, ils ne sont plus accordés d'où l'idée de les exposer sous le carillon car le plus important en taille porte sur sa robe : 1507 et une inscription «Au nom de Jésus Sauveur des hommes, je vous salue Marie, de la foudre et des tempêtes délivre nous Seigneur .» et le plus petit mais sûrement le plus ancien (fin 13e ; début 14e siècle) porte sur sa robe l'inscription « Jésus de Nazareth, je suis la voix qui incite à la fête. »

The carillon was a gift from the British government to the people of Australia to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Canberra on 26 April 1970.
Carillons must have at least 23 bells to be considered as such, and the National Carillon has 55 (increased from 53 during refurbishments in 2003. Each bell weighs between seven kilograms and six tonnes. The bells span four and a half octaves chromatically.

Het uurwerk met speeltrommel werd tussen 1648 en 1651 gebouwd door Jan van Call.
De 4 wijzerplaten werden al in 1629 op de kerktoren aangebracht.
Nadat het carillon in 1674 door een tornado wordt verwoest,doet de speeltrommel geen dienst meer. Deze wordt in 1719 verkocht om herstelwerkzaamheden aan de kerk te bekostigen.
Het uurwerk blijft in gebruik tot de 20e eeuw, waarna het wegens verval wordt opgeslagen in het museum Speelklok tot pierement. In opdracht van de gemeente Utrecht is het uurwerk gerestaureerd en in 2012 teruggeplaatst.

Das Carillon in Berlin-Tiergarten ist ein großes, von Hand gespieltes Konzertglockenspiel mit 68 Glocken, einem Gesamtgewicht von 48 Tonnen und einem Tonumfang von 5 1/2 vollchromatischen Oktaven. Die größte Glocke wiegt 7,8 Tonnen. Es wurde von der Gießerei Koninklijke Eijsbouts nach den Spezifikationen von Jeffrey Bossin gebaut und ist eins der größten Instrumente dieser Art in Europa. Der Carillonneur sitzt in einer Spielkabine zwischen den Glocken und spielt mit Füßen und geballten Fäusten auf einem Stockspieltisch. Die rein mechanische Traktur ermöglicht dem Carillonneur ein nuanciertes Spiel mit allen dynamischen Abstufungen zwischen laut und leise. Der Berliner Carillonneur Jeffrey Bossin leitet CarillonConcertsBerlin und konzertiert auf dem Carillon in Berlin-Tiergarten an den hohen Feiertagen und an jedem Sonntag von Anfang Mai bis Ende September um 15 und im Dezember um 14 Uhr. Wechselnde Programme mit Carillonmusik, Klassik, Volksliedern und populären Melodien (Nächste Konzerte).

The dome tower received a carillon in 1987. The instrument consists of 60 bells, has a range of five octaves and a total weight of 29 tons.

The electro-mechanical carillon ("Glockenspiel", Dutch, 1993) installed in the surviving squire of Hamburg's Nikolai Church. The nave was bombed out during the Operation Gomorrah of 1943, and the place is now a memorial to all victims of violence. The carillon, 51 bells weighing 13 tons in total, makes sure that we do not forget. Leica M8, Elmar (collapsible), 50/2.8.
El Carillón está dividido en dos niveles, el nivel superior cuenta la historia de un torneo de caballeros que se celebró Marienplatz en 1568, con motivo de la boda del duque Guillermo V de Baviera con Renata de Lorena. La escena del nivel inferior cuenta la historia de la primera danza de toneleros (Schäfflertanz) que se celebró en Múnich en 1517, la hicieron después de una gran epidemia que azotó la ciudad para animar a los ciudadanos a salir a las calles a festejar.
Está considerado el quinto carillón más grande de Europa. Miles de curiosos se arremolinan a sus pies a las 11:00 y 12:00 horas, entre marzo y octubre también a las 17:00 horas, únicos momentos del día que se pone en marcha.
