Macro Mondays: junk
We moved a year ago and I went through every possession in preparation for that. But it can be hard to toss out cardmaking supplies I might need some day. This is a three-inch portion of an odds and ends collection of brads and tiny buttons.
"Still life" isn't my specialty; I'd rather shoot nature. But I have fun with cardmaking, too, and for the right card these are fun accents.

My lovely cousin Pauline ordered 40 of my photo cards which is pretty exciting!
This fabulous bird is a black Piwakawaka (aka fantail) in the South Island (we get pied ones in the North Is). They're so cute and flit around so delightfully I can't help but feel cheered up by their presence.
Oh and in case you're remotely interested I put a time-lapse of making my latest Tui card on the YT. Cardmaking Jane
