The donation of the Fifth Cardiga the Knights Templar carried out in 1169 by the 1st King of Portugal, Afonso Henriques, clearing and logging and farming. Upon termination of this Order, the area has to Freires of Christ, which in turn donated to several orders until the nineteenth century when it was bought by several farmers. The Quinta da Cardiga is today one of the most remarkable properties of the country
Having belonged to the monks of Christ Covento has today as a symbol of the house the Cross of Christ. The ensemble is the interesting mixture of styles, not without a tower and a Manueline portal.
Cardiga The Castle, located in the current Fifth Cardiga was donated to the Knights Templar in 1165 by D. Afonso Henriques. Later, he became a fifth, Municipality of Golegã, with dwelling houses with garden, garden, chapel, stables, barns, houses for servants, Houses, mill and other workshops and dependencies.
The Quinta da Cardiga along with Ozêzere castle, the tower and the Castle of the Watchtower Almourol were lookout posts Militia of the Temple. Eu sempre quis tirar fotos como essa, onde você mostra um pouco dos detalhes de uma roupa sua. Eu tenho um carinho especial por esse cardigã já que ele foi o primeiro que eu comprei (e que há muito tempo queria) e por combinar com quase tudo no meu guarda-roupa :)

I always wanted to take some pictures like this one, where you show a bit of one cloth you have. I have special care for this one for being my first cardigan and matching with almost everything I wear :)

Corduroy Cargo Legging
Velvety ribs
Calling this material “corduroy” might be a bit of a stretch. I’d say it’s more like ribbed velvet. Still a lovely texture.
My corduroy cargo leggings arrived today, so I immediately removed my skinny jeans and put these on instead. I realize skinny anything is now out of style, especially with knee-high boots, but how else do you get that Han Solo look?
Cardiga, Merona (thrifted). Darth Vader sweater, thrifted. Leggings, Felina. Boots, Vince Camuto. Hat, Disney.
I recently stumbled upon 'daffodil's creations' on etsy.com in my recent quest for affordable dolly knits and decided to share this wonderful shop with my flickr friends :)
Shortly after receiving my order of 2 Poppy sized cardigans, I was so pleased I purchased 4 more sweaters for the rest of my girls.
The pieces are the most affordable I've seen when it comes to hand-made custom knits, and the quality is great.
There is a decent amount of colours to choose from, and although Poppy was not listed as one of the sizes (though Momoko size would have been fine) I requested Poppy size and the seller was more than happy to accommodate me.
The items were shipped quickly and although the items were travelling all the way from Italy to Canada, I had them in my hot little paws within 2 weeks.
I know most of us are quite cash-poor these days with the convention just a breath away, but I'd stock up on these babies soon as your doll will surely thank you come the chilly winter months ;-)
The only criticism I have is the lack of IT doll body options in the drop down menu, as well as the fact that there is no drop down menu for colour (although the seller is very easy to deal with and will confirm your color choices for you through PM).
This post is inspired by all the friendly and generous dolly people out there who share their gems and resources with me and the rest of the community.
