I am sharing a little different post with you today. Instead of the usual introduction of a photo or two I am sharing a selection of photos from a whole roll of 35mm film. That's right, 36 pictures to start with edited down to a more manageable number that still shows some hallmark locations in the village of Orchard Park, NY ... #etbtsy

April Is Car Care Month
The Car Care Council supports two months each year to bring attention to the importance of car care and preventative maintenance. These months are National Car Care Month in April and Fall Car Care Month in October.

Why April?
In April, as winter comes to an end, it is time to get your car ready for spring driving and summer road trips! It is important to make sure your tires and brakes for proper road traction and proper braking. Your windshield wipers should be checked in order to ready for the rain. The thermostat should be checked so your engine won’t overheat. Your mechanic should also check for any strange noises so that the rattling sound won’t cause problems. You should take care of any issues that may have occurred or been ignored during winter. If you live in hot climates, you may consider how old your battery is as electronics on vehicles today draw more power, and in these hot areas, the battery does not have as long a life.
Why October?
The summer months can take their toll on your vehicle. Winter driving brings its own hazards such as snow and icy roads. Check your battery to make sure that there will be enough cranking power to start on those cold mornings. If your battery is more than three years in use, it may be best to think about replacing it. To prepare for the winter season, again check your tires and brakes for proper icy road conditions, as well as the heater core and thermostat to make sure you have sufficient heat in cold conditions.

At Classic Remise Berlin was this Polish guy in a store with unopened boxes on the floor everywhere, setting up his new store. I was peeking at some products through the window.
He was luring me in like Hector in Scarface. "Entra, entra... my name is Hector. This is Marta. So.... you have the money?". Me: "Nah man, I have it close by". The guy: "Okay, okay... so ehhh.... what car do you drive?" Me: "Ey mêin ey, you gonna get to know me when we start doing business and stop fckn around... Hector."
