“Captain Jack will get you high tonight
And take you to your Special Island
Just a little push,
And you’ll be smiling…”
~Billy Joel~ from his song “Captain Jack”
On a peninsula, actually an ancient
Sandbar, where the Halifax River and the
Tomoka Basin come together, Tomoka
exudes special kind of spiritual magic.
You’re not sure if it’s in an estuary or a
swamp with tidal fluctuations. It has
Blue Claw Crabs, Dolphins, Manatees
and Gators.
At low tide you could walk through
this murky estuary creek to visit this
this special little island… If you dare.
Please don’t feed the Gators, though.

Here it was Gareth David-Lloyd's (Ianto) turn.
The problem is not the problem. The problem is your attitude about the problem. Do you understand?
Angelica: I am starting to think you don't know where you are going.
Captain Jack Sparrow: Its not the destination so much as the journey.
Close your eyes and pretend all a bad dream. That’s how I get by.
Did everyone see that? Because I will not be doing it again.
Lord Cutler Beckett: [Jack has a cannon aimed at Beckett] You're mad!
Jack Sparrow: [grins] Thank goodness for that because if I wasn't, this'd probably never work.
Barbossa: So what now, Jack Sparrow? Are we to be two immortals locked in an epic battle until Judgment Day and trumpets sound?
Jack Sparrow: Or you could surrender.
Took a page out of Captain Jack's playbook today with a spontanious trip to the beach with the family.
Needed a break from the stress of job hunting, and some fresh air and sand did the trick.
The temp was 55 degrees, which made social distancing easy as we were the only ones out.
Thanks for the inspiration, Jack. Tomorrow, it's back to the grind.
.....brace yourselves against the yardarms as we be tacking through a treacherous tempest from Hades. That blubbery boatswain has been binging on the cook's black beans again."

Captain Jack Sparrow gives a "pirate tutorial" in Adventureland at the Magic Kingdom.
This was hands down the best Captain Jack we've seen. He had the accent, the mannerisms, and the dialog down flat. Fantastic job, Capt'n Jack!

Captain Jack Sparrow is a fictional character and the main protagonist of the Pirates of the Caribbean film series created by screenwriters Ted Elliott and Terry Rossio, portrayed by Johnny Depp. He is first introduced in the film Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl (2003). He later appears in the sequels Dead Man's Chest (2006), At World's End (2007), and On Stranger Tides (2011). Jack Sparrow was originally conceived as a supporting character. He was brought to life by the actor Johnny Depp, who based his characterization on The Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards and cartoon character Pepé Le Pew. He tends to become rather frustrated whenever someone pronounces his name without the term "Captain".

The first season of New Who and the one that sparked my love for the show. Captain Jack and Nine are poppunkmunky and Rose is a custom, the Tardis exterior is a customised official Lego Tardis and the interior is the officail recoloured on the computer. I may make a Tardis interior based on the Nine/Ten version.
