Le cap Fréhel constitue une réserve ornithologique le long de la Côte d'Émeraude. Il est situé à 8,5 km du centre de Fréhel et à 4 km du centre de Plévenon, compte parmi les plus impressionnants de Bretagne : la falaise domine la mer d'environ 70 mètres. Un sentier entre les bruyères et les ajoncs, intégré au GR 34, fait le tour du cap. Par temps clair on peut distinguer les îles Anglo-Normandes de Jersey.

Die CAP SAN DIEGO ist das letzte noch erhaltene Schiff einer Serie von sechs schnellen Stückgutfrachtern, das 1961/62 für die Reederei Hamburg-Süd gebaut wurde und bis Ende 1981 vorzugsweise nach Südamerika fuhr.
Ihre elegante Silhouette gehört zum Hamburger Hafenpanorama wie die Speicherstadt und der Michel. Hamburger und Touristen lieben sie. Die haupt- und ehrenamtliche Crew hält die Cap San Diego mit viel Engagement in Schuss. Das Museumsschiff ist seit 2003 zudem ein maritimes Denkmal und schwimmendes Hotel, das heute seinen Liegeplatz an der Überseebrücke in Hamburg hat. Mehrmals im Jahr legt die CAP SAN DIEGO zu Museumsfahrten mit bis zu 500 Passagieren ab.

Didn't expect much from this shot given the Leica's apparent hard-light-photophobia but it worked well for a change.

This plant capped in frost was in a meadow that gleamed with frosty plants. The meadow caught my attention beside the highway one bright sunshiny morning while traveling near English River, Ontario, Canada.
Cómo hacer crepes
Echamos la harina en una fuente y añadimos poco a poco, con la batidora de varillas, la leche, los huevos, la sal y el azúcar. La masa ha de quedar lisa pero no espesa.
La dejamos reposar 5 minutos y a continuación untamos una sartén mediana con la mantequilla y esperamos a que se caliente a fuego mediano. Para hacer la primera crepe echamos un cucharón sopero, de los de sopa, y la repartimos para que ocupe toda la base de la sartén.
Una vez dorada como 1 minuto a fuego suave la capa de debajo de la crepe la despegamos con ayuda de una espátula y le damos la vuelta para dorar la otra cara.
Debemos repetir la operación de engrasar con mantequilla la sartén con cada crepe.

luego se rellenan con dulce de leche o en canelones con espinaca ricota y nuez moscada o otras mezclas
