A Red-capped Plover in a hurry!
The black-capped flycatcher is a very small passerine bird in the tyrant flycatcher family. It is endemic to the highlands of Costa Rica and western Panama. This species is found in the high canopy of mountain oak forest, coming lower at the edges and in clearings, and also in second growth and bushy pastures ~ Wikipedia

Might be a very common bird it almost all North American areas south of me, but this little black-capped chickadee (Poecile atricapillus) is a real rarity around my feeders. I haven't seen one in my backyard for more than a decade.
Much more common in my area is the more muted brownish boreal chickadee (Poecile hudsonicus).

White-capped Redstart is a member of the Old World Flycatchers family that has a specific habitat requirement of rocky mountain watercourses. Both sexes of these birds have a white cap and are otherwise black except for chestnut underparts, rump, and upper part of the tail. They do the typical redstart behaviour of flicking and flaring the tail, which is thought to flush out insect prey. This species is known for its piercing call, necessary in a noisy environment of rushing water. This individual was seen on the creek near the Rong Fai Fa Ban Khun Klang Restaurant in Doi Inthanon National Park, Chiang Mai province, Thailand.

These bright little red-caps really pop against the mallee landscape.
Panther cap in Epping Forest - very similar to the blusher which is edible - so beware any confusion. The panther cap is not fatal but it could make you feel a bit sick and may induce hallucinations.
