Wenn man zur morgendlichen Rushhour auf die Abfahrtstafel des Bahnhofs von Amiens blickt, findet sich ein Zielbahnhof besonders häufig: Paris Nord! 6h04, 6h23, 6h38, 6h43 (mit Umstieg in Creil), 7h04... Wer französische Fahrpläne kennt, dem ist klar, dass das ein wirklich ungewöhnlich dichtes Zugangebot ist. Die Strahlkraft der Hauptstadt Paris ist eben ungebrochen und die Zahl der Arbeitnehmer, die täglich auch aus dem weiteren Umland pendeln, rechtfertigt den dichten Takt ohne Zweifel.
Nicht minder üppig sind dabei meist die Zuglängen. Und was den Bahnfotografen erfreut: Ein Großteil der Verbindungen ist noch lokbespannt, entweder als Corail- oder als Doppelstockgarnitur, jeweils mit einer "Nez cassé" an der Spitze! :)
Einer dieser Züge ist der TER 848536 (Amiens - Paris Nord), den ich am 21. Juli 2020 pünktlich zum Sonnenaufgang erwartete. Den ersten und einzigen Zwischenhalt Longueau (samt namhaftem Dépôt) hat der Zug gerade verlassen, als er zwischen Fouencamps und Dommartin im zarten Morgenlicht durch die von weiten Stoppelfeldern überzogene Hügellandschaft der Capitale entgegen strebt. Im Hintergrund wabert auch an diesem Hochsommermorgen noch der für die Somme-Region typische Frühnebel, der hier über dem Flüsschen Avre und diversen kleinen Teichen aufsteigt.
Laut Umlaufplan hätte das übrigens eine BB 22200 mit Corail-Wagen sein sollen, aber über die schicke Multiservice-BB 15049 mit ihrer V2N-Garnitur habe ich mich mindestens genauso gefreut.

New-Delhi (Inde) - Ce n’est qu’à mon dixième séjour à Delhi que j’ai découvert ce marché aux légumes du quartier de Pahargang. Mon camp de base. Il faut dire que si j’ai pris l’habitude de me perdre dans les ruelles du secteur, j’avais toujours négligé cette petite rue. Depuis, quand j’arrive ou que je repars de la capitale indienne, il m’arrive d’y venir plusieurs fois par jour. Tôt le matin, en fin de journée et parfois la nuit. Le marché ouvre à 7 h du matin et ferme vers 22 h30. Selon l’heure, ou la saison, l’ambiance est toujours différentes.
Paharganj vegetable market
New-Delhi (India) - It was only on my tenth visit to Delhi that I discovered this vegetable market in the Pahargang district. My basecamp. It must be said that if I got into the habit of getting lost in the alleys of the area, I had always neglected this small street. Since then, when I arrive or leave the Indian capital, I happen to come there several times a day. Early in the morning, late in the day and sometimes at night. The market opens at 7 a.m. and closes around 10:30 p.m. Depending on the time, or the season, the atmosphere is always different.
La Fresque des Québécois est un trompe-l'œil colossal de 420 mètres de superficie au coin de la rue Notre-Dame dans le Quartier Petit Champlain du Vieux-Québec. La réalisation de la fresque, inaugurée le 17 octobre 1999, fut supervisée par des experts tant historiens, géographes, et autres. Elle restitue à elle seule plus de 400 ans d'histoire. La Fresque est une réalisation de CitéCréation.
Cette fresque de la ville de Québec raconte l'histoire de Québec et intègre de nombreux caractères spécifiques à la capitale. Elle permet de reconnaître l'architecture, la géographie, les fortifications et les escaliers, tout en rappelant le rythme des saisons avec leurs couleurs changeantes. La Fresque des Québécois rend aussi hommage à une quinzaine de personnages historiques et honore des dizaines d'auteurs et d'artistes dans ses vitrines évocatrices.

La Fresque des Québécois is a colossal trompe-l'oeil of 420 meters in area at the corner of Notre-Dame Street in the Petit Champlain Quarter of Old Quebec. The realization of the fresco, inaugurated on October 17, 1999, was supervised by experts such as historians, geographers, and others. It alone recreates more than 400 years of history. La Fresque was created by CitéCréation.
This fresco of Quebec City tells the story of Quebec and incorporates many characters specific to the capital. It allows to recognize the architecture, the geography, the fortifications and the staircases, while recalling the rhythm of the seasons with their changing colors. La Fresque des Québécois also pays tribute to some fifteen historical figures and honors dozens of authors and artists in its evocative display cases.

La Hallgrímskirkja è un luogo di culto luterano situato a Reykjavík, la capitale dell'Islanda. Con i suoi 74,5 metri, è la chiesa più grande del paese e una delle strutture più alte. La sua guglia distintivamente curva e le ali laterali la rendono un importante simbolo per l'identità nazionale islandese dal suo completamento nel 1986. The Hallgrímskirkja is a Lutheran parish church located in Reykjavík, Iceland. Pour honorer l'héritage de ces artistes, JR , une personnalité tout aussi imposante, va tenter de transformer le pont en installation pour son projet Pont-Neuf .

About 40 year ago, Paris' Pont Neuf was transformed by creative couple Christo and Jeanne-Claude for their project Pont Neuf Wrapped–a landmark moment in the history of contemporary arts. The bridge, which has witnessed many major events in the French capital, became the center of attention. To honor the legacy of these artists, JR—an equally sizable figure— will try his hand at turning the bridge into an installation for his Project Pont-Neuf.

Hanoï (Vietnam) - Bref retour dans la capitale vietnamienne, avant de retrouver Saïgon, comme les vietnamiens continuent d’appeler cette grand ville du Sud.
Une dernière journée à flâner dans les rues du quartier des corporations. Enfin flâner, n’est pas le terme le plus approprié, en raison de la circulation monstrueuse dans les rues et les trottoirs encombrés des marchandises des commerçants et de piétons.
Photo prise sans viser. J’ai trouvé amusant cette petite tête qui sortait de l’immeuble pour observer l’animation de la rue. Sans la voir complètement, on comprenait que la femme était pliée en deux, supportant le poids des ans. Au moment où j’ai déclenché elle a tourné la tête vers moi. Elle n’a pas compris que je le prenais en photo. Mais comme elle m’a sourit je lui est montré le résultat, provoquant un grand éclat de rire accompagné de gestes qui voulaient dire en substance, je ne suis pas terrible sur ta photo.

One last day strolling the streets of the guild district. Finally, strolling is not the most appropriate term, due to the monstrous traffic in the streets and sidewalks cluttered with the goods of merchants and pedestrians.
Photo taken without aiming. I found this little head peeking out of the building to observe the bustling street amusing. Without seeing it completely, you could see that the woman was bent double, bearing the weight of her years. As I took the photo, she turned her head towards me. She didn't realize I was taking her picture. But as she smiled at me, I showed her the result, provoking a burst of laughter accompanied by gestures that essentially meant, "I don't look great in your photo."
Construit pour l’exposition universelle de 1889 il s’appelait autrefois le Grand Hôtel Terminus et était relié par une passerelle en hauteur à la gare Saint Lazare.

The Temple of Saturn was an ancient Roman temple to the god Saturn, in what is now Rome, Italy. Its ruins stand at the foot of the Capitoline Hill at the western end of the Roman Forum. The original dedication of the temple is traditionally dated to 497 BC, but ancient writers disagreed greatly about the history of this site.
Construction of the temple is thought to have begun in the later years of the Roman Kingdom under Tarquinius Superbus. Its inauguration by the consul Titus Larcius took place in the early years of the Republic, making it the oldest Republican temple after the Temple of Jupiter Optimus Maximus. The altar of Saturn, which stood in front of the temple, is thought to have been much older and was associated with Saturn's founding of the city on Capitoline Hill. The temple was completely reconstructed by Munatius Plancus in 42 BC.
The present ruins represent the third phase of the Temple of Saturn, which was built after a fire in 360 AD. The extant inscription on the frieze commemorates this restoration undertaken after the fire. This late 4th-century rebuilding reflects pagan revivalism during this time period. The temple would have been closed during the persecution of pagans in the late Roman Empire.
In Roman mythology, Saturn ruled during the Golden Age, and he continued to be associated with wealth. His temple housed the treasury, the aerarium, where the Roman Republic's reserves of gold and silver were stored. The state archives and the insignia and official scale for the weighing of metals were also housed there. Later, the aerarium was moved to another building, and the archives were transferred to the nearby Tabularium. The temple's podium, constructed out of concrete covered with travertine, was used for posting bills.

Passeggiando nel centro di Amsterdam ci si può trovare ad attraversare moltissimi canali, anche le biciclette e i fiori sono altre due cose molto comuni in Olanda mentre si passeggia.
Riconosco che mi è piaciuta moltissimo Amsterdam sopratutto per la sua architettura e per i suoi paesaggi....
A mio avviso, molto suggestivi, sempre che si ha voglia di passeggiare e cercare.
In compagnia poi, una semplice passeggiata può diventare una esperienza da ricordare volentieri,
sfruttando l'occasione anche per fare qualche foto che ci aiutano a catturare dei momenti unici, che ritengo sia bello condividerli con chi apprezza.
Spero questa scena che racchiude la tipicità di una grande capitale Europea vi possa piacere.

Walking in the center of Amsterdam you can find yourself crossing many canals, even bicycles and flowers are two other very common things in Holland while walking.
I recognize that I liked Amsterdam very much especially for its architecture and its landscapes ....
In my opinion, very suggestive, as long as you want to stroll and search.
In company then, a simple walk can become an experience to remember gladly,
