I recently got this image printed on to a canvas, courtesy of CanvasPop (the best company for printing your images)
Finally got around to printing and hanging my first canvas prints. Used CanvasPop for these because they had a good rating and were having a 40% off sale. These are 3 20x20 prints, all taken on my trip to Japan, that got hung over our couch and now I'm addicted to printing my work. Every wall in this home is gonna have something hung on it soon :) Gonna try some metal prints of a sunset next.
What printing service do everyone else use for canvases or metal prints? I'd like to try some other vendors to compare the quality.

I recently did some product photos for canvaspop. They've integrated instagram into their product lineup.
Light setup strobist info was a LP 160 set to trigger optically at camera left into the corner of the room (white wall) , a 430exII at camera left through a 43" westcott umbrella triggered via pocket wizard, closer to the wall at a higher power to create shadows (and so we could move them around as needed). and another LP160 tucked under the bedside table at camera left to even out the lighting created on the same one at camera right by the umbrella.

Going through my 2012 archives, I realized that I had posted the *serious* photo of Adrian: www.flickr.com/photos/jvlphoto/7395535500/
but skipped over the one he ended up using more often - a joke really - he grabbed his buddy's cat, I took the shot, and the rest is Dr. Evil history. I went with an over-the-top post processing on this, kind of making it like a painting, reflective of his business www.CanvasPop.com
Strobist info: Elinchrom Eco Ringflash on-axis, and a deep throat octa boomed overhead to cut the rear shadow out. Triggered with skyports.
