I never realize there is a traditional Japanese Nitobe Memorial Garden situated on UBC campus till yesterday! Unfortunately I didn't get the chance to visit the Garden yesterday morning, but I'll definitely come back soon to indulge myself in one of the most authentic Japanese gardens in North America and among the top five Japanese gardens outside Japan.

This image was taken outside the Garden with the enclosing wall as the backdrop, which kind of made me wonder where I was roaming around, in Vancouver or in Kyoto?! On a separate note, I waited till the soft sunlight comes out in the overcast morning, lighting up the wall a bit, and then shot to add one more detail in the image! :-)
