We went to the Philly Balloon & Music Festival during the 4th of July weekend. This was one of my favorite hot air balloons. It is from Churchville, Pennsylvania.

Papilio glaucus
is a species of butterfly native to eastern North America. It is one of the most familiar butterflies in the eastern United States. Adults feed on the nectar of many species of flowers, mostly from those of the families Apocynaceae, Asteraceae, and Fabaceae. P. glaucus has a wingspan measuring 7.9 to 14 cm (3.1 to 5.5 in).

El puente de Manhattan.
The Manhattan Bridge is a suspension bridge that crosses the East River in New York City, connecting Lower Manhattan at Canal Street with Downtown Brooklyn. The bridge designed by Leon Moisseiff and built in 1909. The bridge's total length is 6,855 ft (2,089 m).
It is native to southern Brazil, Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay. The plant has become naturalised in Central America, and is used in horticulture. Flowers are bell-shaped, up to 1.6 inches (4 cm) long, yellow to orange-red with prominent dark red veining and five petals.

Platycodon grandiflorus (from Ancient Greek πλατύς "wide" and κώδων "bell"). A notable feature of the plant is the flower bud, which swells like a balloon before fully opening.

Monarch butterfly/milkweed butterfly/Danaus plexippus.
The adult emerges from its chrysalis after about two weeks of pupation. The emergent adult hangs upside down for several hours while it pumps fluids and air into its wings, which expand, dry, and stiffen. The butterfly then extends and retracts its wings. Once conditions allow, it flies and feeds on many nectar plants.

Duranta erecta native from southern United States to South America and the Caribbean. It is a sprawling shrub or (infrequently) a small tree. It can grow to 6 m (20 ft) tall. Mature specimens possess axillary thorns, which are often absent on younger specimens. The flowers are light-blueб lavender or white, blooming almost all year long and the blossoms attract butterflies and hummingbirds. The fruit is a small globose yellow or orange berry, up to 11 mm (0.43 in) diameter and change colour from orange to a dark purple.

Plumeria flowers are most fragrant at night in order to lure sphinx moths to pollinate them. It is a small rounded deciduous tree of the dogbane family that grows in a vase-shape to 15-25' tall. It features fragrant white flowers with yellow centers. They bloom in terminal clusters at the branch tips from spring to fall.
