The tide was right out when I went to the beach the other evening and its always difficult to make a decent composition when the tide's out. But I could see from half a mile away that the sun was lighting up this little waterfall, which is just rainwater running off a field. Luckily I got there before the sun dipped too low. I know its a bit of a messy photo, but still worth posting I thought.

we took the Success Loop Scenic Drive in White Pine County, Nevada, just outside of Ely. It was a cool drive. The trail was lined with lots of trees. My favorites were the Aspens.

This is my favourite time of year. I love the changing colours and the cool crisp air. I love the gorgeous view. I love hot apple cider and a roaring fire. This is the first of many autumn photos I hope to share. As the weeks go on the colours will be more vivid. BUT I had to start now, I'm too excited to wait! =)
