Candle

The theme for the week is candle. This is a half-second exposure. I got the effect by blowing out the candle after pushing the shutter button. I love the motion and smoke that resulted from my experiment. HMM!

I love to sew but I cannot imagine sewing by candlelight. Thank you God for modern conveniences! The only candles I could find in my whole house were some crooked birthday candles. And let me tell you they do not burn long and they do burn skin ( : Texture by Kim Klassen.
