I make one of these every year … i’ve been doing them for eight years now.
I couldn't find the original, but it looks like a manga drawing from Naoko Takeuchi. It could be fanart, though.

There are no warning signs of early prostate cancer. Once a tumour causes the prostate gland to swell, or once cancer spreads beyond the prostate, the following symptoms may happen:

The little jumping rabbit was a stamp I made back when I was using PSP (Paint Shop Pro.) It originally had a transparent background.

Birthday image made in 2007. Instead of using Kanji for the "Otanjoubi", I used all hiragana. I forgot the font I used, but I thought it fit well with the image for some reason. The heart was from a Japanese font, I believe.
