Haria è un villaggio situato nella parte settentrionale di Lanzarote (Isole Canarie, Spagna). E' considerato uno dei villaggi più caratteristici dell'Isola, dove si respira ancora l'atmosfera autentica del luogo lontano dal turismo di massa presente invece in altre località di Lanzarote.
Difatti quando siamo andati a visitarlo gli unici turisti in giro eravamo io e la mia famiglia!

Haria is a village located in the northern part of Lanzarote (Canary Islands, Spain). It is considered one of the most characteristic villages on the island, where you can still breathe the authentic atmosphere of the place far from the mass tourism present in other places in Lanzarote.
In fact, when we went to visit it, the only tourists around were me and my family!

Timanfaya National Park is situated in the southwestern part of the Spanish Island of Lanzarote, Canary Island. The park is named Timanfaya meaning Fire Mountains because the broad area was affected by volcanic eruptions which struck Lanzarote between 1730 and 1736 and subsequent eruptions in 1824. Some parts of the park is strictly regulated to protect the delicate flora and fauna after UNESCO designated Lanzarote as one of the biosphere reserves covering the whole of the island in 1993.
Access to the park by the public is strictly regulated to protect the delicate flora and fauna. There are one or two footpaths, and a popular short route where one can visit by camel. There is a public car park from which one can tour the volcanic landscape by coach using a road that is otherwise closed to the public.
