Süleymaniye Mosque is a mosque built by Mimar Sinan in Istanbul between 1551-1557 in the name of Suleiman the Magnificent.
The Süleymaniye Mosque, which is described as the journeyman work of Mimar Sinan, was built as a part of the Süleymaniye Complex, which consists of madrasahs, library, hospital, primary school, Turkish bath, imaret, burial and shops.
It is on the Unesco World Heritage List.
Tripod yanımda değildi, elde çektim; fluluk bundandır! Bu anı kaçırmak istemedim ama! her zaman denk gelinecek bir zamanlama değil sonuçta! :)
Ayasofya'nın müze statüsü kaldırılarak cami olarak açıldı. Bütün Ortodoks Hristiyanlara ve insanlığa açık durumda !
İsteyen, istediği zaman ücretsiz ziyaret edebilir ve dua edebilir. Türk Milleti ve Müslümanların hoşgörüsüdür bu.(Hagia Sophia's museum status was removed and opened as a mosque. Open to all Orthodox Christians and humanity!
Anyone can visit and pray at any time free of charge. This is the tolerance of the Turkish Nation and Muslims.)

This is our first grand daughter after four fabulous grandsons. We are in love with this little sweetie. This is about an hour after she was born on Feb. 24th. My son helped with the birth and was thrilled as was his wife. We feel so blessed with this little beautiful girl. I should tell everyone that I did not make this beautiful photo, but a photographer in the hospital did and we were allowed to use it. I would love to take all the credit and even though I have some lovely photos of my own, I chose this one for the tenderness.
