I'm always amazed at the quality of photos you can get with the iPhone. Mobile photography is truly revolutionizing the way we capture our memories. I love that I can take a picture and seconds later share it with the world. I don't need thousands of dollars worth of gear or a suped up computer with expensive photo editing software, I just reach in my pocket, snap a photo with my phone, tap a one-touch FX and I've captured this gorgeous sunset in Central Park.
In honor of Betty White, who as a child I thought was the real Betty Crocker, I made my first ever small batch of buttermilk biscuits from scratch. This is a phone picture using Camera+ app on iPhone. No edits SOOC.
A windchime is today's daily shot. I admit I am bushed from painting the porch all day so I just snapped this one with little thought to get the daily shot... sorry for the lack of creativity...
Went to the Barry McGee exhibit at the Berkeley Art Museum today with my son and Jodi! Great inspiration

… perdersi nel rosso del tramonto e fondersi con le onde del mare, che si ripetono all'infinito, come una passione che non vuole più finire, perché è nel sangue, rosso come il sole di questo tramonto ...
June 10, 2016: Did you know that there is a r/rubberducks on Reddit just for rubber duckie collectors and fans?
I didn't until this week. I started collecting them for trivia, but I haven't been to trivia in a while. It's an inexpensive hobby.

Random shot of the old keyboard. I used the camera plus app on the iphone for this one. I don't know if it qualifies as a macro, but I am going to say it is anyway! I mean it's up close anyway! Today's daily shot.
The ship “Saga Oseberg” posing casually and elegantly at the Tønsberg seafront. It's a modern day replica of the 820AD Oseberg ship, excavated in 1904 from the Oseberg burial mound not a ten minute drive outside town. This replica was built using the original methods and types of materials — or as close to them as possible — by Viking enthusiasts.

My partner was painting the bathroom when I arrived home from seeing the Cindy Sherman Show at the MOMA SF. He had paint all over his arm. So I asked him if I could snap a pic. It ended up here. lol
