Unfortunately I could not calculate how to use it. A fascinating mechanical computer.

Sue keeps forgetting that she's already taken a calculator from work. (Don't worry, she returned them.)

Attendees can participate in live demonstrations of newly-released products at WTS19, including this demonstration of NTEA’s Vehicle Center of Gravity & Axle Weight Calculator and the TruckScience cloud-based calculator (offers enhanced features for advanced applications).

This is my HC-110 dilution calculator (Excel or clones). Enter your tank's capacity and how much HC110 to measure is calculated. Precision to one decimal place. The Kodak document only gives integer amounts (no decimal places). Decimal places are where it's at because HC-110 is a concentrate. Want this? Send Flickr email to me and be sure to **include your email address.** I'll send you a copy of the spreadsheet. 5/15/2020 - Still a good offer!

I found this sitting in a conference room in Jesup Hall. Know anything about this model?

Coins, notes and a calculator close up

One of the first mechanical calculators, made in 1645 by 19-year-old Blaise Pascal. It lets you add and subtract with minimal physical effort! The gears only turn in one direction, so you had to use the method of nines' complement. They were better at arithmetic in those days.

This 1986 vintage unit saw me through high school and a year and a half of engineering classes, and was recently upgraded to a new model having equivalent features (and intact key labels) at a tenth the price. But Moore had his revenge, since we also had to get a graphing calculator that still costs over $100. If you've read this far you may want to visit the calculator museum.

My faithful calculator

$3 Casio Heavy duty ribbon calculator with big display 12 digits. Tax and currency exchange. DR-210HD. Gently used in box.

The only graphing calculator with a capacitive touch-screen, allowing pinch to zoom on graphs. Exam approved. Allows RPN operation. Faster operation than any TI calculator, and easier to use than the TI Nspire.

I acquired two HP Primes for my children who are in Jr. High and High school. The Primes were purchased from Walmart in the USA, which as of July 2018 was the lowest priced seller of any I could find. I myself own an HP28S which is purchased for engineering school in 1989, and a 48GX with 128MB FRAM card and Meta Kernel, and the 50g.

This is my old Casio graphing calculator. Yeah, when everybody else had HPs, I had a Casio. Go figure.

What 15% Body Fat Looks Like

In a word – lean. Or at least, starting to look lean. Somewhere between Joe Wicks and Wolverine, maybe.

At around 15 per cent body fat, men will tend to start seeing muscular shape and definition, while noticing changes in body composition and fat stores. Your arms and shoulders are more vascular too. You’re now on-track for a six-pack.

What 10% Body Fat Looks Like

As a general rule of thumb, 10 per cent body fat is the safest place to be. You’re lean enough to show muscle — including your six-pack — and you can see your veins from your shoulders to your hands, but you’re not so shredded that you’re becoming translucent. You need fat, after all, and having at least some body fat is absolutely vital for your body to operate normally.

Go below 10 per cent body fat and you enter the realm of bodybuilders, Love Island stars and elite-level athletes…
