This is the strangest cake topper I've done so far. Made for a birthday cake!
Made from polymer clay.
A wedding cake topper with a beach theme. Based on my previous topper design with the short bride and tall groom. Bride is giving the groom a kiss on the cheek. She has dendrobium orchids for bouquet and has an orchid on one side of her hair. This topper is going to New York. Made from polymer clay.
So it turns out this was one of the trickiest things I have made in a long time-- getting those balloons up in the air. But several layers of black paper later, there they are. And this lovely pair will be topping a pile of cupcakes to celebrate a wedding down under.

Vanilla sponge cake with Chantilly filling. Decorations of modelling paste and gumpaste. The fairy's wings are made of CMC-water "gelatine" colored and with glitters, then put on a gelatine's sheet.
Made this for a couple who are having their wedding in Bali. The bride sent me photos of their outfits and accessories. I loved doing the little girl. She looks so cute with her little tutu and bare feet :)
Made from polymer clay. The bride is taking it with her, so I packed it well for safe travel :)

Birds are made using a combination of wool and vintage style fabric.
Simple 2 tier wedding cake.
Iced in white and decorated with ivory strips.
Ivory sugar roses were lightly dusted with pearl dust.
