• Matcha Cake with Matcha White Chocolate Ganache - Rustic matcha cake iced with smooth matcha & white chocolate ganache. Pair with boiling hot green tea for perfect tea-time delight.

 

• Lemony Lemon Cake - An intriguing contrast of tart lemony lemon sponge & sweet lemony lemon icing.

 

• Sticky Toffee Spiced Cake - Sweet toffee-glazed spiced sponge cake.

 

• Triple Chocolate Cake - Dark Chocolate Cake topped with melted chocolate & chocolate chips for extra chocolatey-ness.

White Chocolate Citrus Layer Cake with Citrus Curd and White Chocolate Citrus Buttercream.

 

Inspired by Milkbar's Birthday Cake with the naked sides, I decided to make my own. I made a white chocolate citrus confetti cake. Then I layered that with White Chocolate Citrus buttercream, lemon curd and crushed up corn flakes and Belgian butter cookies for texture. Then to finish it off, I topped it with more buttercream and lemon macaron.
