Cakes made by the Judges! Incredible work.

This cake have been constructed as single sugar blocks, hexagon shaped sugar bricks, onion sugar dooms and then assembled layer by layer to give look of the St Basil Cathedral of Moscow. It measures 20 feet in length, 16 feet in width and 17 feet in height; weighing 3500 kgs. It took 120 days to construct by five staff and students of the Institute of Baking and Cake Art, Bengaluru. This is being displayed at WORLD's BIGGEST ANNUAL CAKE SHOW 2019 in Bengaluru.

Christmas Cake replica of the Cathedral Basilica of the Sacred Heart in Newark, US displayed in 48th Annual Cake Show in Bengaluru. It weighs more than 4000kgs, and artist took more than three months to complete the mega cake.

I made this birthday cake for my husband's colleague. It is a 6", 4-layer pineapple and coconut flavored cake, though you wouldn't guess that from the end result. I used a pasteurized version of swiss meringue buttercream, which I think I tastes great and is less sweet, like the customer requested. But I don't think SMBC is the best for detailed decorating, per se. Characters are also not my specialty, but I am happy with how he turned out for not being made in fondant and that he is a small cake overall.

We submitted this cake to the Threadless T's cake conest.

captured is a sumptuous chocolate cake my wife, the 'best wife ever' as ephraim kishon would say, freshly baked. i earned the honor of photographing it against the black kitchen countertop after transferring it from the baking sheet and agreeing to clean up post-photoshoot.

This collage was made entirely from magazine strips with a technique I call "painting with paper." I cut the paper into different shapes and layer them in such a way that they look almost like the brushstrokes in a painting.

We made this cake for a wedding in Woodstock.

This cute cake was created for a 3-year-old who loves fire trucks! His name is spelled out of a fire hose!
