Jackie Collins, me and Steve (plus a life-size Jackie poster in the background). If we superimpose the dogs in, this could be our Christmas card photo, no?

With organic grilled chicken. So tender. Dressing is great. (via Foodspotting)

The fountains at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.

I was preparing the dressing for the Caesar salad. There was diffused light coming in the kitchen window and thought I would try a few still life shots.

Las Vegas, Nevada, USA - 3rd October 2024

Behind me is the Caesars Palace up the top and also the Bellagio shops.

In the Bellagio shopping strip is where all the super fancy shops are. We went to the Tiffanys in the Bellagio to buy a ring.

The Caesars Palace was opened in 1966 and is one of the older hotels on the Las Vegas Strip. This hotel is also feature in a lot of movies including Oceans 11 and The hangover.

Caesar's Palace is dripping with these trumpeting angels. I don't think the phrase "less is more" ever sprang to mind.

Caesar says, "By Jupiter! If the Roman Legions had only had one of these sky machines at the battle of Teutoburg Forest, they would not have been so shamefully defeated by the Germanic barbarians."

Scenes from our trip to Vegas for our 30th anniversary.

This was one of the best vacations we have ever taken. First time to Vegas and first time on an airplane in 30 years (honeymoon to FL was the last time). We didn't loose our shirts, but didn't hit the jackpot either.

Vegas was a little overwhelming at times with so much to see and take in. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the whole strip and all of the hotel properties. Traffic was a nightmare but we managed. And the heat, I have never been in such extreme heat, but it's dry not humid they say....110 is hot no matter what.

This time Casear alone for summit shot.
