We were walking the strip in the late afternoon/early evening, and the sun was just right for this pic.
Caesar salad to go with my dinner. I didn't read the main course recipe close enough and didn't notice that the chicken had to marinate an hour before you cook it. I had to go ahead and eat my salad while the chicken marinates so that I wouldn't gnaw off my arm.

Samantha made us vegan caesar salad dressing by making her own vegan mayo, then making the dressing from that. Very garlicy... yum! I topped mine with walnuts, and they had organic croutons.
