Bringing this Mockingbird into focus took some doing, but I like the way it came out. I wrestled with leaving the silhouette as is, until I saw what it looked like with some detail and a texture. I liked the mood.

As usual, my favorite "best works" are a colorful mix of the different genres I love. Except the "light bulb" staircase from Prague (I visited in Feb before the pandemic hit us), all images have been taken "at home". I really hope traveling limitations will become obsolete sometime in 2021, as a consequence of life getting back to normal.
My dear friends, I would like to thank you so much for your support, inspiration and friendship to share our common passion and hobby! Again, my personal favorites of 2021 are more or less taken "at home". I wonder if 2022 will open possibilities to safely visit other countries. Either way, I'm looking forward to living a new life - I have decided to retire early, so as of now I will have a lot more freedom to pursue photography 😊
