Hello my amazing Flickr friends !
Today is a blue day at Color my world Daily and we celebrate buttons at Looking Close on Friday.
Since we rarely had levitating buttons on this Photostream: today is the perfect day to see this awesome and very rare event. And what is even more rare and unique than a levitating button ? Three levitating buttons and a levitating thread.
So, for your eyes only, ladies and gentlemen let me introduce : a trio of levitating buttons. I hope you will like it !

I was looking forward to this one but it turned out to be way harder to achieve than I thought. I thought I was all set and when I looked on the computer there was way too much shadow. So I had to get out a small soft light to help me out.

Today is a yellow day at Color my World daily and at the fabulous *į¦į¦* Cosas de casa *į¦į¦ Group, the theme is buttons.
We have Yellow Lady with us, just because she loves buttons and she loves to climb.
But since I have lots of work, I dont have time for writing a story about buttons and Yellow Lady. I barely have time to grab my coffee, press a few buttons and join my video meeting where I will push my colleagues buttons as much as they push mines lol

This is part of a card I made for a wedding. The bow is very small, less than 1/2 cm on the bride heart. The dickie bow I cut from card for the groom.

Submitted for the Macro Mondays theme of ābuttonsā. This is a string of blue buttons taken against a handmade rug. Thereās a similar photograph earlier in my photo stream, of red buttons against a red and black tiled floor. Taken with the iPhone, with my partner holding the string of buttons steady. This photograph is a tribute to my Mum who was born a hundred years ago this week. She died in 2012 from Alzheimers and Vascular dementia. My Mum was a fabulous Mum. For example, she convinced us that doing homework during the holidays was really good fun. And if we were really really good, the best treat was to be able to play with the button drawer. So I have my own button drawer now of course, full of my favourite buttons. The rug was made by my Mum.
