ok.. so this shot is a bit of a cheat.. took this last month, but never used it.
I didn't want to use my camera at the moment because my batteries are all fully charged up and ready for shooting this afternoon. I'm helping out the wedding photographers I spoke with back in November
They are a couple who shoots weddings together, but need some extra help as they keep getting busier. So this is the first wedding I'm doing with them as a 3rd shooter until they are comfortable enough with me to work as a second shooter. I'm a bit nervous about it, but excited at the opportunity to learn from some real pros. We'll see how this goes I guess.
this week has been a whirlwind.. Been very busy at work, selling my Condo (Which sold yesterday btw!!! yay!!) and looking for a new house. It's been exhausting. Add to that this wedding shoot today, and my head has been swimming.
And we're going to look at more houses tomorrow. Now that my place is sold.. the pressure is on to find 'the' house. wish us luck!

These are growing in the pot with an enormous Bay tree that is living in our kitchen this winter. I have done a much better job with indoor plants lately and the green seems to make all the difference in the world on these bleak winter days.
Wedding photos--I will post them on my blog shortly. I was second shooter and did not do formals--I did details, candids, ceremony, etc etc
A final tonight and one more tomorrow. It's been an interesting semester, that's for sure. I can't believe it's over....
I will have a few days to get my stuff together because we're moving Saturday. This is going to be a crazy week. Bottoms up.
I thought this was a clever response. Excuse the poorly drawn dog (and other items), drawing was never a strong point with me.
365 Day 93. It has been a crazy, non-stop adventure this week and we decided to just stay home and crash Friday night. Rachel had gotten "Marley and Me" from her grandparents, so we watched that. I heard the song "Shiny Happy People" in the movie and thought I should dig the disk out and put it on my iPod. It was pushing 11:00pm by this time and I remembered I still needed a picture. The inside cover was fitting for this week and the moment at hand.
Busy week slowly coming to a close, along with it a mix of snow and rain, I'm getting tired of terrible weather, some warmer weather would be great
