This image from my earliest archives in July, 1974 was made at Busch Stadium in Saint Louis. Bob Gibson was the starting pitcher. Brock is about 25% of the way to second with the pitcher still in his motion.

A little HDR action on our very own Busch Stadium here in St. Louis. Morning in downtown St. Louis is probably the best time to visit, and it's upsetting that I'm just now figuring this out. I can't wait to get back downtown again for some more exploring and shooting. :) Please let me know what you all think as all suggestions are welcomed and appreciated. Enjoy!

My dad lives in St. Louis, and is a huge Cardinals fan, so we got to take in a game when I was passing through town. :)

My cousin Cathy (black Sale jersey in the foreground) and I walked back to the 1st-base side to catch the shuttle bus back to the Missouri Athletic Club. After the drive in from Chicago, we didn't feel like hanging around Ballpark Village.

We parked on the top (10th) floor of the Stadium West parking lot, providing an excellent viewpoint to photograph the ballpark. We headed home to Chicago thereafter, luckily missing the huge rainstorms passing through central and northern Illinois.
