This was supposed to be my Happy Caturday surprise today.

Little Bungee is our new kitten. We haven't had a cat for five years.

Unfortunately, I will be unable to post to my group today due to a massive winter storm. I expect the power to fail at any time.

I am presenting him at this time to introduce him.

We actually still have power so I was able to post to the group!

Thank you for all of the welcomes to Little Bungee.

We have 50mph winds and snow right now.

Merry Christmas to all!

For those of you wishing to know Little Bungee's post surgery status, I will offer updates here.

January 25

Bungee is still in Hospital today recovering from surgery and also so that his doctor can monitor his condition to make sure he is progressing. We expect a call from her later.

She wishes to keep him a few days. We miss him dreadfully but will comply with the doctors' directions for Bungee.

Thank you to everyone for the heartfelt messages and good wishes. We are truly happy to realize that we have such caring friends on Fickr.

The vet says Little Bungee is doing well. We hope to welcome him back home in a couple of days.

Thanks to everyone for your care and concern. I love you all for it.

Seht ihr das Klüvernetz der "Peking"?

Der Kran mit den Springern steht einige Meter vor der "Peking". Auf dem Foto"Ganz vorne" seht ihr auch einen Springer :-)

Do you see the jib net of the "Peking"?

The crane with the jumpers is a few meters in front of the "Peking". On the picture"right in the front" you can also see a jumper.

As for as I am concerned you have to be brave or young to go for bungee jumping. I don't come under those categories. Taken on my visit to Brandywine falls.

Many thanks to all those who view, fav or comment my pictures. I very much appreciate it.

Im Doppelpack habe ich das noch nie gesehen.

I've never seen that in a double pack.

Coleophora sp. larva on Compact Rush.

This ride fires you up into the air like a bungee. So the two people in this cage were pretty high up. The fair is in town so there will be a few pics to follow.

Shiny hooks at the end of stretchy elastic to hold luggage etc.

Two daredevil riders coming down to land after been catapulted 182 feet into the air in this spinning ball.,This ride is also known as the slingshot or bungee rocket and is one of the attractions at Hull Fair.

Herne Bay Pier, opened in 1899, was 3787 feet (1154m) in length, until a storm destroyed the middle section in 1978. The structure visible in the sea here was the landing stage of the pier, now isolated. This landing stage was used by passenger steamers.

I was attending an evening event, so I had an opportunity to see Bungee at a time when youthful energy wasn't overtaking him. It was nice to see him so calm.
